Born and raised in the remote and culturally rich Manaslu Region Kumar Neupane grew up surrounded by mountains, traditional villages, and Himalayan trails. His early life in this hidden valley helped him develop deep local knowledge, strong mountain instincts, and a natural passion for guiding travelers in the high-altitude regions of Nepal.
With more than 14 years of experience, Kumar Neupane has become a trusted guide known for his warm nature, professionalism, and deep understanding of mountain culture. His expertise across the Manaslu, Everest, and Tsum Valley routes allows trekkers to experience these regions with confidence and comfort. Tenzing is especially valued for his ability to share local stories, traditions, and insights, making each journey meaningful and culturally enriching.

Incredible trekking in the Himalayas, perfectly organized and with spectacular scenery. Kumar is an exceptional guide
We have just returned from a Himalayan trek and it has been one of the best experiences of our life. Everything was perfectly organized from day one: transportation, accommodation, food and routes, every detail was taken care of to the maximum. A special mention for Kumar, our guide. He is an amazing person and a true professional. He was always attentive to the whole group, conveying security, good spirits and a lot of positive energy. Thanks to their experience and support, the trekking was not only safe, but also very motivating and inspiring. The landscapes are simply spectacular, a total connection to nature. The company demonstrates a high level of commitment and passion for what it does. Trek Nepal avec super agence et très bon guide
Trek Manasulu 12 jours. Super expérience avec l'agence Hiamalya Treks ! En amont du trek, nous avons pu planifier à distance l'itinéraire, la logistique. Maman, le responsable de l'agence, a été très arrangeant et et attentionné. Nous avons pu nous rendre au départ du trek sans soucis. Durant le trek, notre guide Koumar a été au top : gentil, serviable, attentif. Il nous a trouvé des lodges de qualité sur tout le parcours et nous a permis de passer un trek l'esprit tranquille. Je recommande cette agence et Koumar comme guide !

Nepal Trek with great agency and very good guide
Trek Manasulu 12 days. Great experience with Hiamalya Treks! Upstream of the trek, we were able to remotely plan the route, logistics. Madan, the agency manager, was very accommodating and and attentive. We were able to get to the start of the trek without worries. During the trek, our guide Koumar was at the top: kind, helpful, attentive. He found us quality lodges throughout the course and allowed us to spend a trek with peace of mind. I recommend this agency and Koumar as a guide!
